We will need between 10 to 15 people to help set up the day of the auction. Set-up usually begin at 8:30 a.m. and goes until 2:30 p.m. We need volunteers to help with decorations and party set up as well as item transport to the event.
We will need about 15 to 18 people to help staff the auction. Hours typically begin at 4:00 p.m. and run through 11:00 p.m. Opportunities include Live Auction Runners, Silent Auction Table Managers, Banking Staff, Raffle Ticket Sales, Security and more! Working the event is a great opportunity to be a part of the action, be able to bid on auction items (when doing so does not interfere with the task at hand), and fulfills a very significant role on behalf of the school. Without our volunteers, the auction would not and could not take place.
